I’m Nurain Binti Ikhwan Wong, a Software Engineer with around 2 years of experience supporting enterprise SAP-based systems, with a strong focus on system operations, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

In my current role, I work closely with business and technical teams during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), where I analyze system behavior, resolve issues, and ensure smooth end-to-end process execution. I am experienced in handling system enhancements, validating business requirements, and maintaining data consistency across workflows.

Through this experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of operational processes, order flows, and system-driven business transactions. I am skilled in troubleshooting issues, managing data accuracy, and proactively identifying improvements to enhance service delivery and user experience.

With hands-on experience in SAP environments and exposure to enterprise systems, I am comfortable working with structured processes, supporting system operations, and collaborating across global teams. I bring a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset, ensuring tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.

I am currently seeking opportunities in customer operations, order management, or system support roles where I can leverage my technical background and contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
